How Cake and Caramel Began
After Courtney and Celia graduated from their MBA programs, both of them received kitchenaid mixers as gifts from their moms, and so Cake & Caramel was born. Their business backgrounds and their passion for baking made for the perfect combination, and they have been creating sweet treats together ever since.
Their secret to such great flavor? Focusing on the quality and source of ingredients. Celia and Courtney pride themselves on making products that don't use anything you wouldn't use in your own kitchen at home- real butter, real eggs, real ingredients. Let me tell you, the quality of what goes into these caramels comes through as you taste them. The just chewy enough, melt in your mouth texture of the caramels is true perfection. They make a wide variety of flavors, ranging from the always classic sea salt, to chocolate coffee, and even matcha green tea or lavender.
