When husband and wife team Milena & Nick decided to go into business together, creating their own label, they knew they wanted it to represent their love of wine, life, and France. With that, Bon Vivant Rosé was born. Being Napa's first rosé-only winery, the duo has had their work cut out for them. Luckily years of experience have set them up for success.
Nick runs the winemaking side of the label, gaining his knowledge from years spent studying in Beaune, France, bottling wine in both Burgundy & Bordeaux. Milena, the marketing side of the label, lived in France for three years working in the wine tourism sector. The two come together with one thing in common: a love of celebrating life with food & wine. Good food & great wine!
The couple grew an appreciation for the French's way of living and celebrating the "bon vivant" during their years spent in France, but it wasn't until after traveling to Corsica and getting engaged that they knew they were most passionate about Mediterranean wines. Their experiences during their travels to Corsica inspired the couple to create a Mediterranean Syrah-rosé that represented the relaxed easy-going vibe of the island.
The rosé is just that, easy drinking and enjoyable - if I had to label it, I'd label it as the "Nouveaux Summer Water". Perfect to open up and enjoy during an afternoon spent with girlfriends, or an evening watching the sunset at Tahoe. The bottle ditches the usual French wine label aesthetic and adopts a relaxed and fun graphic that is representative of the easy-drinking rosé inside. Produced in St. Helena by Nick himself, we are sure you will love it as much as we do!
