By now, you know we are huge fans of Sweet Scoops Ice Cream - so this easy dessert is at the top of our list for delighting guests with something special! The best part of this summer treat? It's incredibly easy and it doesn't require you to turn on the oven. That's a win-win in our books!
On days when it's way too hot to cook inside, this will be your go-to treat. Perfect for post-camp activities, or to serve to guests after a BBQ; both kids and adults alike will gobble these up!
We used a combination of mint chip, cookie dough, and toffee ice cream - and we have to say, it's impossible to choose a favorite. We think the Pangloss flavor would be delicious on a maple bar!
Cream Donut Sandwiches
- 6 Donuts
- Ice Cream (about 1/2 cup per donut)
Slice donuts in half, fill will slightly thawed ice cream. Put donut halves back together, and place sandwhiches on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes, then enjoy!
