The Sonoma International Film Festival (or the "Film Fest" as it is fondly known by the locals) is back for its 20th anniversary season. The five day festival showcases films from filmmakers across the globe, featuring everything from shorts to feature length films. With over 100 of hand-picked films to see, and six state of the art viewing venues the Sonoma International Film Festival never disappoints.
Since 1997, the SIFF has been put on by the Sonoma International Film Society, a local non-profit that benefits the Sonoma Valley High School's film department. In addition to funding and scholarships awarded to film students, the Sonoma International Film Festival also showcases a handful of student-made films.
