Join Lambert Bridge Winery for the October installment of its 2017 Chef’s Table Series, an intimate food and wine pairing experience presented by a rotating schedule of top Sonoma County chefs. Each chef will offer their own interpretation of seasonally-inspired cuisine using locally-grown ingredients to complement a selection of Lambert Bridge wines.
The chef who will be cooking for September is Chef Trevor Anderson, Executive Chef and Owner of TBA Catering. Chef Anderson is the former Estate Chef for award-winning Farmhouse Inn in Forestville. His creativity and passion for fresh, local ingredients have earned him accolades and top reviews throughout the region. Chef Anderson will be cooking October 20 - 22.
Held in the winery’s private cellar and hosted by a Lambert Bridge wine educator, the Chef’s Table food and wine experience offers two seatings at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and takes approximately 2 hours.
